Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

TarkovKit (“the site”, “we”) values your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

TarkovKit is an independent fan site and is not affiliated with Battlestate Games. We keep the collection of personal data to a minimum on principle.

Data we collect

Account data: When you sign in, your email address and username are processed through our authentication provider (Clerk). We never store your password; authentication is handled entirely by the provider.

User content: Data you enter yourself — such as the weapon builds you share, your username and build statistics — is stored.

Technical data: Anonymous technical information such as browser type, language preference and general usage statistics may be processed to improve the site.

How we use data

To manage your account and let you sign in.

To publish the builds you share with the community and to show content that belongs to you.

To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and improve the service.

We never sell your data, and we do not rent or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use Clerk for authentication and Supabase for content storage. These providers process only the data required to deliver the service.

For in-game data and images we use the public tarkov.dev API; these requests contain no personal data of yours.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for your language preference and session management. See our Cookie Policy page for details.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of the data associated with your account. When you delete your account, the related personal data is permanently removed within a reasonable period.

You can contact us with your requests at: contact@tarkovkit.com

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes the “last updated” date on this page will change. For questions and requests: contact@tarkovkit.com
