Reshala
MediumCustoms
Customs' classic boss Reshala mostly spawns around the Dormitory area with 4-5 guards. He isn't especially tanky, but his guards are accurate and pressure you together. He drops valuables and quest-relevant documents.

Killa
HighInterchange
Interchange's mall boss Killa is a heavily armored, LMG-toting, extremely aggressive threat. He pushes you down open corridors and pins you with suppressive fire. He roams alone, but his high HP and armor make him very dangerous.

Shturman
HighWoods
Woods' boss Shturman holds the Sawmill and, with his two guards, fires very accurately from long range. Approaching across open ground is highly risky; he carries the valuable marked room key.

Sanitar
HighShoreline
Sanitar controls Shoreline's Resort (health resort); a former doctor, he uses stims to heal quickly and roams with two guards. His self-healing gives him an edge in drawn-out fights.

Glukhar
Very HighReserve
Reserve's boss Glukhar roams with many accurate guards (assault, security, scout) and is the deadliest threat on the map. He attacks in waves around the train station, barracks and dome. Diving in directly usually ends in death.

Tagilla
Very HighFactory
Factory's boss Tagilla is a heavily armored, extremely aggressive melee threat wielding a giant hammer. His hammer hit is near-instant death, and escaping him in Factory's tight corridors is very hard.

Zryachiy
HighLighthouse
Lighthouse's sniper boss Zryachiy is positioned atop the lighthouse island and fires accurately from extreme range. The path to the island is mined and watched; exposing yourself unprepared means death.

Kaban
Very HighStreets
Streets of Tarkov's boss Kaban holds the car dealership area with many accurate guards and a sniper guard. His large escort and the tight city sightlines make him extremely dangerous; an armored BTR also patrols the area.

Kollontay
HighStreets
Streets of Tarkov's second boss Kollontay is a former police chief; he roams with two strong guards (assault and security) and is dangerous at close-mid range. He's usually found around Primorsky Avenue and nearby buildings.

The Goons (Knight, Big Pipe, Birdeye)
ExtremeGezici (Lighthouse, Woods, Shoreline, Customs)
"The Goons" are a deadly trio: leader Knight, heavy gunner Big Pipe and sniper Birdeye. They work in coordination, are heavily geared, and are considered the toughest PvE threat in the game. They have no fixed map — they rotate between Lighthouse, Woods, Shoreline and Customs.
