Sanitar Guide

Sanitar is the boss of Shoreline and carries 1270 total health. He spawns at a 45 percent rate and moves with three guards. He wears no armor, but his health distribution makes him tough.

Where Sanitar Spawns

He appears in two zones: around the pier and at the greenhouses. He has no fixed spot inside the Health Resort, so listening to the outer zones before entering the building saves time.

How to Kill Sanitar

He has no armor, but each of his legs carries 230 health, so the leg approach that works on other bosses is very slow here. His head has only 70 health, so a helmet defeating round ends it far quicker.

His three guards spread between the greenhouses and usually make first contact. The greenhouse corridors are narrow, so clearing the window line from outside beats walking in.

He can carry an APS, Kedr-B, Desert Eagle, SKS or Remington 870, and sometimes a VSS Vintorez. That means a high rate of fire up close and a quiet rifle at distance, which makes mid range the gap where he is weakest.

What Sanitar Drops

Sanitar is the best source of medical loot in the game. A Grizzly first aid kit and a CMS surgical kit drop from him every time.

The rest varies: the note with the code word Heartbeat 59 percent, the blue keycard 50 percent, L1 norepinephrine 45 percent, 3-(b-TG) 42 percent, Meldonin 41 percent, a P22 stimulant injector 41 percent, AHF1-M 41 percent, M.U.L.E. 22 percent, the taped key 21 percent and the xTG-12 antidote 16 percent.
